Nirmala Roy didn't set out to build a brand. She set out to feel comfortable in her own skin again — to find products that didn't sting, didn't pretend, didn't hide a chemical list a mile long.
What began as a private ritual — slow-infusing rosemary into warm coconut oil, blending turmeric and sandalwood into a brightening mask, learning the rhythm of small-batch saponification — quietly grew into something larger.
Friends asked for a jar. Then their mothers asked. Then strangers began to write, “Please make more.” From a small kitchen counter in Bangalore, Organic Gracious was born.
Every product is still made by hand, in small weekly batches, with ingredients we'd happily eat — no parabens, no synthetic perfume, no shortcuts. Just slow, honest, plant-led skincare for the woman who listens to her body.
